Terms & Conditions

• A mandatory service charge applies to parties of 4 or more guests.
• Deposits are deducted from the final bill on the day of your visit.
• Deposits are fully refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days in advance.
• If cancelled 3–7 days prior, 50% of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• For cancellations within 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled booking.
• If the confirmed number of guests decreases, the deposit for any guests who do not attend will be forfeited.

• If guest numbers decrease, the deposit for any guest who does not attend will be forfeited.
• Any increase in guest numbers must be confirmed in advance and is subject to availability.
• Pricing is based on the number of guests confirmed at the time of reservation.
• If the actual number of attendees is less than confirmed, no reduction will apply — the full amount for the confirmed booking will be charged.
• If the number exceeds the confirmed count, additional guests will be charged at the same agreed per-person rate.

• Guests must adhere to their allocated arrival time and table duration of 3 hours.
• Late arrivals may reduce the available dining time without adjustment to the booking end time.
• Tables can only be held for 20 minutes past the booking time unless management has been notified.
• Guests must vacate the venue by the official closing time of the restaurant.

• No outside food or drinks are permitted on the premises.
• Birthday cakes are allowed but cannot be cut or served by staff unless a cake-cutting fee has been agreed.
• Cakes brought for display or photo purposes will be stored at room temperature. Array Brasserie cannot accept liability for storage conditions.

• Our dishes may contain or have come into contact with allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, fish and shellfish.
• Please inform your server of any dietary requirements or allergies before ordering.
• Whilst every care is taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to shared kitchen facilities.
• Guests with severe allergies are advised to consult with management before dining.
• Menu descriptions do not always list all ingredients — our team is happy to provide full allergen information on request.

• A maximum of two payments can be taken per table. Individual payments per person are not accepted.
• Deposits are deducted from the final bill on the day of the visit.
• Any additional services such as cake cutting, special setups, exclusive use, or staff-assisted decorations may incur extra charges.

• All private hire bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
• Final guest numbers and set menu selections must be confirmed at least 5 business days prior to the event.
• Any changes to the agreed setup, décor or catering requirements after confirmation may incur additional charges.
• Array Brasserie reserves the right to adjust room layouts to meet fire safety and operational requirements.
• Exclusive use bookings are subject to a minimum spend — details available upon enquiry.

• Only table-top decorations are permitted unless pre-approved by management.
• Confetti, glitter, or materials that cause excessive cleaning are strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee may apply if used.
• Guests must respect the venue, staff, and other diners. Disruptive or abusive behaviour will result in removal from the premises.

• Array Brasserie gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards can be used across multiple visits until the balance is fully redeemed.
• Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
• Remaining balances below £1 will not be refunded.

• All guests must follow the venue's safety rules and respect operating hours.
• Management reserves the right to modify seating arrangements to accommodate operational needs.
• Array Brasserie reserves the right to refuse service or entry at its discretion.
• These terms are subject to change without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
