Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for smaller gatherings and 2–3 months for larger events or exclusive hire. Peak dates (Fridays, Saturdays and holidays) book up quickly.
Is a deposit required to secure my booking? +
Yes, all event bookings require a deposit to secure the date. The deposit amount varies depending on the event size and package selected. Full details are provided during the enquiry process.
Can I bring my own DJ? +
Guest DJs are permitted in The Bar and The Main Floor. The Garden Terrace is ambient music only — live performances and DJs are not permitted in this space.
Can I bring a birthday cake? +
Yes, you're welcome to bring a cake. However, cakes cannot be cut or served by our staff unless a cake-cutting fee has been agreed in advance. Cakes will be stored at room temperature.
Are outside decorations allowed? +
Table-top decorations are welcome. Confetti, glitter and wall-mounted decorations require prior approval from management. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.
Can you cater for dietary requirements? +
Absolutely. We cater for a wide range of dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and halal. Please let us know your requirements when making your enquiry so we can tailor the menu accordingly.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Cancellations made 7+ days in advance receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 3–7 days prior retain 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable but the deposit can be transferred to a new date.
