Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Service Charge

  • A mandatory service charge applies to parties of 4 or more.
  • Deposits are deducted from the final bill on the day of your visit.
  • Deposits are fully refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days in advance.
  • If cancelled 3–7 days prior, 50% of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations within 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled booking.
  • If the confirmed number of guests decreases, the deposit for any guests who do not attend will be forfeited.

Food & Beverage Policy

  • No outside food or drinks are permitted on the premises.
  • Birthday cakes are allowed but cannot be cut or served by staff unless a cake-cutting fee applies.
  • Cakes brought for display or photo purposes will be stored at room temperature. Imperial Array cannot accept liability for storage conditions.

Decorations & Behaviour

  • Only table-top decorations are permitted unless pre-approved by management.
  • Confetti, glitter, or materials that cause excessive cleaning are strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee may apply if used.
  • Guests must respect the venue, staff, and other diners. Disruptive or abusive behaviour will result in removal from the premises.

Timing & Seating

  • Guests must adhere to their allocated arrival time and table duration (3 hours).
  • Late arrivals may reduce the available dining time.
  • Tables can only be held for 20 minutes past the booking time unless management has been notified.
  • Guests must leave the venue by the official closing time of the restaurant.

Service & Billing

  • A mandatory service charge applies to parties of 4 or more.
  • A maximum of two payments can be taken per table. Individual payments per person are not accepted.
  • Deposits are deducted from the final bill on the day of the visit.
  • Any additional services (cake cutting, special setups, exclusive use requests, staff-assisted decorations, etc.) may incur extra charges.

Cancellations & Guest Count

  • If guest numbers decrease, the deposit for any guest who does not attend will be forfeited.
  • Any increase in guest numbers must be confirmed in advance and is subject to availability.
  • Pricing is based on the number of guests confirmed and agreed upon at the time of reservation.
  • If the actual number of attendees is less than the confirmed number, no reduction will apply and the full amount for the confirmed set menu booking will be charged.
  • If the number of attendees exceeds the confirmed number, additional guests will be charged at the same agreed per-person rate and set menu price.

Compliance

  • All guests must follow the venue’s safety rules and respect operating hours.
  • Management reserves the right to modify seating arrangements to accommodate operational needs.
